How to submit an Ad?
Category: Choose a relevant category and subcategory.
Ad Title: This should clearly indicate what you're offering
Describe your ad: The more detailed the description will be, the greater the chance for a sale.
Add images: Gain up to 3 times more responses by including images! Include a maximum of 15 images
Price: Make sure it reflects the condition of the issuing item.
Phone Number; Enter your Phone Number
Location: Enter the area from where you are offering the ad or service. Don't forget to add the city name. It will help you fetch more views.
After submitting an ad, a new screen will appear, confirming on your ad status.
For the website: Just click on the button Submit an Ad which is located on top right of home page and follow the same steps as mentioned above.

There is no definite way to identify a fraudulent seller or buyer. We urge you to practice good judgement and keep the following tips in mind:

· Try to take the full payment at the time of the delivery. Remember to use a safe location to meet.
· Watch out for fake currency and money orders. Be aware that banks will not honor fake currency/money order and will hold you responsible for it.
· Verify the buyer’s credentials if there is a request for a bulk order. Ask the buyer to provide photo ID and proof of address.
· Ensure that your product meets the features you list in your ad to avoid any misunderstanding with the buyer.
· Do not share your financial information except the one required for payment.

· Always meet the seller at a safe location and inspect the item before purchasing. Following this one rule will help you avoid most scams. This is also true for house rentals.
· Watch out for unrealistic offers. If it appears too good to be true, it probably is. Unrealistic offers are used to motivate purchasers to make hasty decisions.
· The best way to transact is to collect the item and pay at the same time. Never transfer funds or use a debit card to pay someone you do not know before collecting an item.
· Ask for clear information on condition of the item, price, payment and delivery method.
· Use only those payment methods that you trust and are familiar with. Never give out your financial information.
· It is recommended to purchase items directly from the seller.
· In case of electronic goods, cars, and bikes you should test the functioning of the item before purchase. Verify vehicle chassis number. 3rd party services are available that can provide the history of a vehicle for theft, damage, and for identification purposes.
· Do your research on comparative prices for the product.

How do I contact a Seller?
Now contacting a seller is very simple! POBTS easy to Gmail/Facebook style chat into your existing website.
You have 4 easy options: Call, SMS, Email or Chat.
A buyer can send you a message to your ad using Chat/SMS.
You will also receive messages from interested buyers through your Account on POBTS. You can use "My Account" to see all messages sent by interested buyers for your active ads.
If you are a registered user, just follow these simple steps:
1. Click on “My Account” on the POBTS homepage and enter your username and password.
2. A notification will appear on the screen under "Messages".
3. To respond: Select the message, write your response in the available field and click “Reply”.
4. Make sure to answer any buyer or seller questions with accurate information. You may include a phone number or other contact information in these messages to streamline the transaction.
5. Registered Users will also receive a notification on their registered email address.
